Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Lume Paw purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at info@lightstoneco.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
